I've worked with JD for many years and I have always been impressed with his drive and professionalism. We worked together in multiple capacities and through all he is consistently the hardest worker on the team. Whether we have been in work settings such as Verizon and CyberReef or collaborating on entrepreneurial ventures such as Startup Weekend, JD is able to manage our projects timely and effectively. His ability to develop relationships allows him to motivate and get the most out of the people involved. I've learned quite a bit from the time we've known each other and look forward to continued growth.

I've had the pleasure of observing Justin through each stage of professional development. Regardless of capacity, his drive, work ethic, and vision have been not only impressive but inspiring. Justin is a driver, meaning he not only pushes to maximize the returns of his efforts but pushes for the same for his team. There are many that are great at scaling business, or making decisions; there are few that can do the aforementioned and lead people. Justin is one of the few that can culminate them all.

In JD's role as CyberReef Solutions Sales Director for the Midwest Region, he grew sales in the region exponentially. He had to build this region from scratch and did an outstanding job. He is great with customers and had a sound knowledge of our service offerings. We expanded our services offerings to include Kids Internet Defense Shield (KIDS) because of his recommendation to CyberReef's Executive Team. In addition to Sales, he was also influential in shaping the company's marketing strategy and social media presence during the early growth stage of the company.

Justin has been laser focused on achievement since the day we met some twenty plus years ago. He has sharp business acumen, leadership abilities, and a knack for making it happen for his teams in tight situations. Justin is professional and creative. He’s a future thinker and grounded in his values. Justin is a leader.

Justin has the ability rare to see and solve problems at all levels. He also has the ability to translate how the minute details affect the big picture.

JD has an amazing way with people and super high EQ and SQ intelligence! He is more than a mentee, fraternity brother, and entrepreneur …he is a visionary and a service geared leader. He is not afraid to take a calculated risk or to disrupt an ecosystem for everyone’s growth. From our time stimulating young leaders at Indiana University in 2005 to building businesses with fellow creators at Startup Weekend in Honolulu a decade later, it has been an honor to work beside JD. To be encouraged and enlightened by his cogent thoughts and easy spirit is a joy! I will continue working with him, and encourage everyone to do the same.
